Bronze Fittings
Bronze pipe and tube fittings in cast and valve bronze, aluminum bronze, NAB, manganese and lead-free grades.
Overview
Bronze fittings join, redirect and terminate pipe and tube runs in water, steam, marine and general fluid-handling systems. Material choice matters as much as shape: C83600 and C84400 cover general-purpose fittings, C92200 serves steam and valve duty, aluminum bronzes and nickel-aluminum bronze serve higher-strength and marine duty, and C89833 is a lead-free option.
The eight fitting-type pages describe the connection styles (silver brazing, threaded, solder joint, cast, flared, marine, compression and custom). Not every grade is available in every fitting type or size – configurations are confirmed per inquiry.

Grades and product combinations
Each combination has its own detail page with material notes, inquiry form and related grades.
C83600 Bronze Pipe FittingsThe standard 85-5-5-5 cast alloy for general-purpose bronze pipe fittings, valves and plumbing components.View details →
C84400 Bronze Pipe FittingsAn economical, highly machinable cast alloy (about 81-3-7-9) for general-purpose fittings, valves and plumbing hardware.View details →
C92200 Steam / Valve Bronze FittingsA leaded tin-zinc bronze developed for steam and valve castings that need pressure tightness and reliable service in hot water and steam.View details →
C95400 Aluminum Bronze FittingsThe general-purpose cast aluminum bronze: high strength, excellent wear resistance and good corrosion resistance for heavy-duty parts.View details →
C95500 Aluminum Bronze FittingsA higher-strength cast aluminum bronze with added nickel, used for heavily loaded gears, bearings and corrosion-resistant components.View details →
C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze FittingsThe principal cast nickel-aluminum bronze for sea-water service, valued for strength with strong resistance to corrosion, cavitation and erosion.View details →
C86300 Manganese Bronze FittingsA very high-strength cast “manganese bronze” (technically a high-tensile brass) for heavy-load gears, bearings and slow-speed components.View details →
C89833 Lead-Free Bronze FittingsA lead-free cast copper alloy considered for fittings, flanges and valve parts where lead content in wetted components is restricted.View details → Fitting types

Only fitting types technically appropriate to the material, application and manufacturing method are offered. Sizes, thread forms and ratings are confirmed with the company.
Selection considerations
- Define the connection type (threaded, solder, braze, flared, compression) before selecting a material.
- State the fluid, temperature and pressure so suitability can be reviewed – no ratings are published here.
- Lead restrictions: C83600, C84400 and C92200 contain lead; C89833 is a lead-free option subject to verification.
- Specify the governing standard or provide a drawing.
Typical applications
- Water, steam and condensate systems
- Marine and sea-water piping (grade dependent)
- Pump and valve connections
- Heating and process equipment
- General industrial fluid handling
Application areas are examples only. Grade suitability must be confirmed for the actual operating environment.
