Manufacturing process confirmation
Depending on the part, the route may involve casting, machining from bar or plate, or a combination. The route proposed for your drawing will be confirmed by the company.
Alloy grade and connection type
Alloy selection follows the service: general water, steam, sea water, lead-restricted systems or heavy duty. Connection types include threaded, socket (solder or braze), flanged, flared and compression.
Inspection, testing and certificates
Dimensional inspection, material test certificates and testing can be requested. What is available and how it is documented is confirmed per order.
Quantity and repeat orders
State one-off, prototype or repeat quantities. Tooling or pattern costs, if any, are discussed with the quotation.
